IIC2026 : TERMS & CONDITIONS


PROGRAM FEE

  1. Fee is payable to Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (AKPI)
  2. Full payment shall be made at the point of online registration.
  3. Depending on the event, the fee includes goodie bag, course materials and/ or lunch and/or tea breaks for physical programmes.
  4. For online participants, the fee includes e-materials.
  5. Admittance to the programme shall be granted only upon full payment as per the above requirement.

WEBINAR ACCESS LINK

  1. The Access Link will be emailed at least 24-hours before the commencement of the webinar.
  2. The Access Link is unique and should not be forwarded/shared with others

PAYMENT MODE

Payment shall only be made through electronic channels provided by AKPI. Either via Bank Transfer or Payment Gateway. Cash payment will not be accepted. Please beware of scam/phishing link, only proceed your payment if the provided link is from [add payment gateway name]

CANCELLATION

Should the participant decide to cancel his/her enrolment, a cancellation policy shall be applied as follows:

  1. For written cancellation received with minimum 14 (fourteen) days' notice from the date of the event.
  2. No penalties will be imposed and full refund will be made to participants who have paid.
  3. For written cancellation received less than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the event, an administrative charge of 20% of the registration fee will be imposed. Unpaid registrations will also be liable for a 20% administrative charge.
  4. No refunds will be made for written cancellations received on the day of the programme or for participants who failed to join the programme.
  5. Unpaid registrations will also be liable for full payment of the registration fee.
  6. Replacing registered participants is not allowed.
  7. Corporate/Individual is required to provide the EFT form each time when a refund is requested.

VERIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE

  1. For physical programs: all participants are required to present photo identification (Passport, driving license or company's ID card) at the point of registration prior to signing the registration list when attending the programme. Admittance may be denied upon failure to present photo identification.
  2. For webinars: Live Q&As, quick polls/surveys will be carried out throughout the webinar. For selected webinars, pre and/or post course materials will be shared with participants. Self-assessment quizzes at the beginning as well as at end of the webinar will be given to enable participants to self- evaluate themselves on their learning performance and level of understanding of the programs content.

COPYRIGHT

The materials of the programme shall not be disclosed or used in any manner, either wholly or partially against any other parties and/or used in any manner, either wholly or partially as a defence by you and/or any other parties under any circumstances. The participants are therefore prohibited from reproducing any materials of this programme. All copyright and/or intellectual property rights in any relevant materials produced in this Programme will remain with the party who produced such materials. The Organisers disclaim responsibility for the materials of this programme. Neither the Organisers, their Councils or any of their Boards or Committees nor staff shall be responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising in any way  out of orin connection with any persons relying upon the materials provided during the program.

DATA PROTECTION

Information given by the participants to the Organisers is true, accurate and to the best of their knowledge. The participants have read and agreed with the Privacy Notice as stated on the Organisers' official websites and therefore, allow the Organisers to collect, process, store and use the participants' data.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

This programme shall not constitute an endorsement of the speaker(s) by the Organisers and the Organisers shall not be liable for whatsoever circumstances arising from any engagement between the speaker(s) and the programme's participants.

DISCLAIMER

The Organisers reserve the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), time(s) and to cancel the programme should circumstances beyond their control arise. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by the participant due to the changes and/or cancellation. The Organisers also reserve the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should it be necessary to do so.
